We serve small business owners and entrepreneurs.

How long have you been in business?

6 years. I formed our legal entity in 2017.

What were you doing before you started this business?

Before venturing into IP law, I first started working for a Wall Street law firm specializing in special education law.

How & why did you start this business?

During my early law career, I ran a travel & lifestyle blog as a passion project because I loved creating content and sharing my story. I started notice that many creators in the space weren’t legally protecting their intellectual property and didn’t know where to begin and I realized that there was a big need and opportunity to support them in doing so as they grew their brands. That’s when I fell in love with intellectual property law and started my own law firm. I left my previous firm confident in my vision, knowing that I could help so many entrepreneurs not only avoid legal issues and protect their brand, but feel empowered to build their legacy.

The most pivotal moment in my business was…

Winning a law suit against Elle Magazine on behalf of a client. Our client was able to keep her brand.

The second most pivotal moment was my husband joining our firm and being able to finally join forces after years of dreaming about doing so.

What has been the most fulfilling part of your entrepreneurial journey?

Helping our client’s own their brands and witnessing their joy and peace of mind from doing so.

What has been the most challenging part of your entrepreneurial journey?

Learning a lot on my own.

If you had to do it all over again, what would you say?

I would definitely do it again!
